Eau de Parfum or Perfume Oil?

Eau de Parfum

Our eau de parfum offerings come in 30ml spray bottles manufactured in France. They are blending in perfumer’s alcohol and tend to be more present than our perfume oils. They have more sillage and tend to last a little longer.

Perfume Oils

Our perfume oils are blending into a base of liquid coconut oil. They come in a 10ml roll on format. The scent tends to sit slightly closer to the body than the EDP. They are a perfect option for those who prefer a more subtle scent experience, available to smell by the wearer and those close to them.

Are all of your fragrances unisex?

Yes, absolutely. There is nothing inherently gendered about any aromatic material and we work diligently to create perfumes that can be worn by anyone. If it feels good, do it.

How are they made?

Every part of the process is done locally and in house. The experimenting, blending, mixing and packaging are all done by hand in very small batches, usually 100 or so bottles. A mixture of essential oils  and carefully chosen aroma molecules are weighed, mixed and diluted with carrier, either fractionated coconut oil or pure perfumers alcohol. The mixture is then aged to allow proper unification between essential oils and the carrier before it is bottled and ready to apply.

All of our printing is done locally by a family owned print shop in Edmonton, Alberta

All of our packaging besides the sprayers and rollers are 100% recyclable. Please recycle when you are finished with your bottle & box.

I'm Obsessed

Was recommended by a friend to try Libertine, but wasn't sure which scent to try. I love all of them, they are just strong enough and not chemical smelling, last a long time without being overwhelming. Will definitely be buying a full bottle when I decide my fave!

Every scent a journey

Each perfume sits so differently on everyone, and will take you back to very different places in your scent memory. For this reason, I'm so glad I purchased these before settling on one perfume. I thought for sure that I would love Soft Woods, but found my heart gravitating towards Troubled Spirits and Eros Fig instead. Here are my quick mini reviews of each:

Fin de Siecle: there is something very decadent and earthy about this one. The green of the oakmoss really plays with the black currant, rose, and patchouli in a very interesting way. Truly felt like time travelling!

Eros Fig: What a lovely warmth this perfume has. Slightly gourmand, soft and delicately sweet, yet earthy. One of my favourites.

Sex & Jasmine: This one unfortunately brought about a bad scent memory of me that reminded me of hospitals and dressing wounds. The only one I had to wash off shortly after applying.

Smoked Bloom: I can't remember too much about this one, if I'm honest, only that something in it didn't sit well on my skin and came out smelling less floral and more dusty attic-y.

Soft Woods: Much greener than I expected! Very lovely for someone, but not for me I think.

Sweet Grass: Hands down the most authentic smelling sweet grass perfumes I've ever smelled. If you love this smell, you need to buy this.

Troubled Spirits: My favourite of the bunch. The mix of ingredients is expertly balanced and takes you to a very wonderful, mysterious, dark, haunting place. Perfection.
